Murray is an arcanist and the bursar of the Penteveral, an academy for mages and arcanists. She is whip smart and sharp as a tack, but doesn’t always recognize the danger that her brash personality puts her in. She is dedicated to the cause of the Penteveral, in which any who wish may study the arcane arts, and is incensed by the push of the Houses into her school. She refuses to let go of her domain without a fight, and will bring that fight to anyone who crosses her.
